The first idea about ATAmusic was to create a virtual place for sharing information regarding playing and learning to play an instrument. It’s been shown up that there is a strong potential of real events for gathering people interested in studying music. They can meet and absorb information and experiences by all their senses. Thus, ATAmusic organizes these workshops in the Czech and Slovak Republics. (The pages are mostly in Czech language but feel free to use a translator or ask any question via email. Foreign participants are welcome!)
- Zlatohorská hudební horečka – group and individual lessons on guitar, mandolin, dobro and bass, concert, group lessons about basic theory, playing in a band and practising.
- Jesenický shuffle – group and individual lessons on fiddle, banjo, group lessons about basic theory, playing in a band and practising.
- Bluegrass Wellness – individual lessons on all bluegrass instruments and 4 group lessons about various topics combined with wellness acitivities in the beautiful Slovak mountains.
- Gillova vokální dílna – a workshop focused on singing technique, harmony vocals and ear training
- Bluegrass Vegas – a workshop focused on playing in a band, stage presentation, rhythm and many other aspects of being a band member.
- Kytara na férovku – bluegrass workshop with an overlap into swing and jazz for intermediate and advanced guitarists
